We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our refund/exchange policy:

Domestic orders

1. All products (unless mentioned on the product page) can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of product delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused and with all tags intact.

2. Exchange of items can only be done for sizes. In case you want a different product under exchange, kindly use the return & refund option, and use the Store Credits to place a fresh order.

4. We have free return pick up option available at most pin-codes.

5. In case the pin-code is not serviceable by our logistics partners due to any reason, we may ask you to courier us back the product and share the tracking slip with us. The charges for return in this case would not be reimbursed.

6. You could choose to seek a full refund in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at Peppinos ) or choose to get refund on your original payment method.

7. Refund via your original credit / debit card or bank account shall be initiated after receiving back the product. And the credit shall be done within 7 days of the same. In case you choose store credits as a mode of refund, the same shall be issued within 48 hours of the logistics partner confirming us about a successful pick up. Store Credits have a validity period of 6 months.

8. In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.

9. COD collection/shipping charges, if any applied on your order, are non-refundable.

International orders

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not possible. We request you to go through our size chart while ordering.

In case you have received a damaged / wrong product, we request you to raise a concern via email at support@peppinosclothing.com within 48 hours of order delivery along with the photograph of the damaged / wrong product. Our team shall assist you with a replacement on priority basis.

In case a replacement of the product is not possible, a full refund via Peppinosclothing Store Credits shall be provided which you can use to shop on Peppinos.
